Molly is a Pennsylvania native, who started performing professionally at thirteen years old at Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater, in The Snow Queen. Following that, Molly portrayed Little Red Ridinghood for the Arden Theater s Into the Woods and was nominated for a Barrymore Award. She portrayed the same role as Into the Woods in Broadway at the age of 15, and earned a Drama League Award nomination. Molly appeared in Broadway in the 2004 production of Fiddler on the Roof. After that, she went to Princeton University and was a part of Princeton's Triangle Club. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in 2008. in Religion. When she was in the college, Molly was the first actress to make her debut on stage in Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly has appeared in several Off-Broadway shows, including End Days, at Ensemble Studio Theater. She also participated in TV programs like Royal Pains or an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly participated part of the in the 2008 Barrington Stage Company production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as well as in the the Westport Country Theater's performance of The Diary of Anne Frank where she starred as Anne. Molly has starred in several regional productions, such as The Diary of Anne Frank at Westport Country Playhouse's production in 2010. The play in which she played the teenager daughter Ali.
